How sweet are these little fishy dishes? As soon as they “caught” my eye I knew I would find exactly the right “plaice” for them.
Made in France under the Charles Amand name, I’ve also spotted a crab shell version of this dish. I think they’re perfect for serving starters such as prawns, scallops or a seafood gratin.
