I named this Aunty’s Cartwheel Cookie Recipe for a few reasons, firstly it can be cut into pieces like the spokes on a wheel but also it’s a close match to my Aunty’s recipe and I distictly remember her packing us up with 1 to head off to the park with our Go Karts.
