Although I’d consider myself a die hard Prosecco girl, I have to tell you about a new tipple I found completely by chance at the local Co-operative store.
In a mission to take more care of my body I’ve been looking for a non-alcoholic wine or prosecco that really cuts it taste wise.
Along the way I’ve found a couple of non alcoholic Prosecco options (see below) that were nice enough but ideally I wanted a low alcohol version that gave you a little bit of the buzz you get with a standard 12% ABV drink.
If you’re the same as me, well look no further, this delicious Pink Moscato could be what you’ve been searching for too.
But isn’t that a dessert wine I hear you ask? Yes it is on the sweeter side of prosecco but I find the pink version gives it a dryness that is just enough to make it a really enjoyable tipple.
And the best bit, well this is only 5.5% ABV so it’s half the alcohol content of the usual prosecco brands PLUS it’s just £5 per bottle and a Fairtrade product too…
Stormhoek-Sparkling-Rose-Moscato – available from your local Co-op store or Amazon.
I think it would make a really nice Sangria style punch so next time the girls come over for a BBQ, I’ll work on a recipe and share it here on the blog.
Some Good Non alcoholic Prosecco Brands I’ve tried are…
- The Bee’s Knees
- Belle & Co
- Nosecco
Have you got any low or no alcohol tipples that you would recommend?
